Hotel Casa Mallorca

Very nice and clean hotel. And the owner family is soo super friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in 2023 in this lovely boutique hotel. It was such great experience: the hotel interior was super, the bathrooms were very clean, the sheets and the towels in the room had fresh scent. Also the food was very tasteful. The owners were very helpful and polite. But the best thing was the 70 year old man who always has a smile on his face and even shared with us freshly baked cookies and cake, which his wife made. For me it was the best hotel experience in my life. And I felt compelled to write this review because the people in this hotel deserved it.

My son and I stayed here one night. This family was wonderful, the property beautiful, the room and bed clean and comfortable, the food and coffee fun and yummy. It was quiet and charming, and taking a taxi and uber were no problem. Thank you for your kindness Casa Mallorca.

Love this place. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean. The location, although not being in hotel zone, is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and stores. In fact you get a small restaurant downstairs!

Very nice family-owned hotel... Diana and her family have made me feel more like a guest in their home than a customer in their place of business. Rooms are superbly clean. It's in a very residential neighborhood not touristy at all which I prefer. And the beach is a quick 12-minute bus ride away which costs around $0.50 American

For my 1st visit to Cancun, my goal was to experience more of downtown culture, before moving to the hotel zone for a few nights. Mission accomplished. My stay here was great! This is small family run hotel. I’m not sure, but maybe there are 10 rooms. My room/bathroom was super clean, wifi and a/c worked great, etc. Diana speaks perfect English and is super nice. She was around all day to help out. My only note is that you can hear general city noise. Not a big deal for me, but I just wanted to note. As some have posted in reviews, there are no signs for this place. If you arrive during the day when the restaurant is open, you can enter there. If you are arriving super early or late, you might want to just drop them a message to give a heads up. As for location…You can hail a taxi or city bus from the main street, about 100’ away. A large Soriana supermarket is very close, but I liked the Chedraul more, just a few minutes further. Mercado 28 is about a 1-mile walk. There are a bunch of restaurants in close proximity. They also operate a restaurant and café window store in the hotel. I only ate there once, but it was excellent. Thank Casa Mallorca for your hospitality!

My car broke down and I needed a place to stay, while it was being repaired. I read the reviews about this hotel and they were all good. I decided to try it and all the reviews were correct. A convenient location in Cancun with plenty of restaurants and shopping options within a comfortable walking distance. This is a family run business and they all do a great job managing the business and taking care of guests. The WiFi was excellent. There is a cafe on the first floor. Miguel speaks English and helped me with several things, while I stayed there.

Great value stay, convenient downtown location and not far from the airport. We were greeted warmly and given recommendations for local food. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and pleasant, and the room itself was clean with good wifi and utilities
